Volunteers are needed to ensure the success of the 4th Annual Cape Breton Dragon Boat Festival in Sydney.

Some of the areas where volunteers are needed include:
- parking
- docks and staging
- alternates
- volunteer area
- site crew (set up and tear down)
- information and greeters
- security
- health care
